The Dodgers were able to pull out a comeback win on Sunday afternoon, a 2-1 extra-inning triumph over the Chicago White Sox at Dodger Stadium. With the win, that lessened the blow of an earlier call that took a run off the scoreboard for the Dodgers.
A few bad moves in the late innings cost the White Sox the game, and their fourth consecutive series.
The Dodgers rallied to tie in the ninth, then won it in the 10th inning on a single to left field by Dee Gordon, beating the Chicago White Sox 2-1 on Sunday afternoon at Dodger Stadium. The single scored Tony Gwynn Jr., who tripled with one out under the glove of a diving Jordan Danks in left field. It also erased Gordon's three foul bunts from one inning earlier on a sacrifice attempt.
