Assets
  • Germano's calling card is his impeccable command. His best pitches are his curveball and change-up. Usually pitches to contact. Is versatile.
Flaws
  • When he's too fine with the command, he gets hit hard. And that flaw is exacerbated by his relatively fastball. Doesn't strike enough hitters out.
Career Potential
  • A decent back-of-the-rotation starter.
