  • Mateo has great tools and can excel in every category. The ball jumps off his bat. He is a speedy player, capable of making spectacular defensive plays in center.
Flaws
  • Mateo has got to shake the injury-prone label if he's ever to make it in the big leagues. The right-handed hitter continually has trouble against righties and can't come through with runners on base.
Career Potential
  • His "potential" days are gone. He's in Korea.
