  • Throws hard, works well with runners in scoring position and gives left-handed hitters nightmares. Can strike batters out with consistency. Keeps the ball down with a good sinker and adds a big, slow curve.
Flaws
  • Runs into trouble when he starts walking too many batters, since he is then forced to give in to hitters. Failed as a starter because of a lack of consistency.

  • Good lefty late-inning reliever.
