Assets
  • Is steady and occasionally spectacular at short. Has good pop in his bat. Is a solid clutch performer who makes good contact and has good base-running ability.
Flaws
  • Not great at hanging in for bases on balls. Non a canon arm at short, but he makes do. Despite a clutch RBI bat, Cabrera doesn't have a lot of power.
Career Potential
  • Gold Glove and above-average run-producing SS.
