Nine years ago, the Dodgers faced off with the Brewers for a three-game series beginning in May. Shawn Green rebounded from a poor start to the season and hit four home runs in a game in what was perhaps the greatest offensive game in MLB history.
The Dodgers franchise record for hits in a game is six, held by eight different players, in both Brooklyn and Los Angeles. Five of the eight players have accomplished the feat in a nine-inning game.
