UFC 119 Results: Frank Mir Knocks Out Mirko 'Cro Cop' Filipovic In Snoozer

Frank Mir and Mirko Filipovic fought in the UFC 119 main event and it was one of the worst UFC main events in recent memory. For over two and a half rounds the men were hesitant to engage and much time was spent with Mir pressing the back of "Cro Cop" into the cage and waiting for referee Herb Dean to restart them.

The crowd spent the majority of the fight loudly booing the competitors while the commentary team made it clear that it was disappointing to see the men not attempt to make anything work.

Finally with roughly 1:30 left in the fight Mir pulled Cro Cop's head down and landed a knee that shut the Croatian's lights out.

It was a bad fight and certainly didn't make Mir seem like he's ready to step back up against the top of the division.
