UFC 128 Fight Card Preview: Mirko Filipovic Vs Brendan Schaub

After Cro Cop's infamous fight with Frank Mir at UFC 119, it's hard to tell exactly how much he wants to be competing at this stage in life. He looked uninterested throughout the fight and was eventually stopped with a knee from Mir. An energetic Brendan Schaub might be too much for him right now.

Cro Cop is still undeniably dangerous. His legendary left head kick still haunts Wanderlei Silva's nightmares. Even still, I have to like Schaub in this fight. He's too big and athletic for Cro Cop in 2011. Schaub was able to dismantle Gabriel Gonzaga and hasn't really been in trouble since being knocked out by Roy Nelson coming into the UFC. I hate to say it, but I think this might be it for the former Pride legend. All I want is one last axe kick landed and I can say goodbye forever.

My prediction: Schaub
