ROUND 1 - Both fighters standing orthodox and Barnett stalking early. Barnett times a kick and attempts a takedown against the fence with a monster double leg slam. Now in side control. Rogers tries to base out and scramble free, but Barnett reverses and takes him back down. Barnett now in mount. Rogers attempts to bridge out off the fence, but can't get it. Rogers nearly recaptures half guard off a push from the fence, but Barnett recaptures full mount. Barnett lands a punch off of a paintbrush submission attempt.

ROUND 2 - Barnett lands a left and as Rogers clinches, Barnett throws him over and lands in full mount. Barnett attempts a side choke and without even moving to mount gets the tap. Barnett moves in on the Grand Prix and will face Sergei Kharitonov.
