TUF 13 Finale Results: Tony Ferguson Stops Ramsey Nijem To Become Newest Ultimate Fighter

The main event of the evening and airing on Spike TV at The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale is Tony Ferguson vs. Ramsey Nijem. The winner of this bout determines who is the next Ultimate Fighter. Anthony Ferguson is the finalist from Team Lesnar while Ramsey Nijem is the finalist from Team dos Santos. This is a welterweight fight, meaning 170lbs. ROUND 1 - Ferguson opens the round of Nijem's aggression and takes him down. Now working from half guard on top. nijem tries to transition to a single, but gets reversed from a granby roll, now they both stand. Inside leg kick for Ferguson lands. Middle kicks exchanged by both fighters. Left hand now for Ferguson, but Nijem lands an inside leg kick. Right hand now from Ferguson, ducks under a few punches and is on top of Nijem. They separate and stand. Nijem lands a short right, but doesn't follow up. Left hook for Ferguson STUNS Nijem and puts him down cold.

Anthony Ferguson is the season 10 winner of The Ultimate Fighter.

TUF 13 Finale Results: Clay Guida Gives Anthony Pettis UFC Welcoming Party

The fourth fight of the night and airing on Spike TV at The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale is Clay Guida vs. Anthony Pettis. This is a lightweight fight, meaning 155lbs. This is the UFC debut for Pettis, although he is the former WEC lightweight champion. The referee in charge of the action is Steve Mazzagatti.

ROUND 1 - Both fighters standing orthodox. Right hand from Pettis lands, but barely. Guida showing a ton of movement while Pettis seems more measured in his approach. Pettis lands an outside kick and takes Pettis to the floor, but already working for submissions or creating spaces. Guida trying to ground and pound and getting some shots through, but much of them blocked. Pettis attempts to kick off his back hand, stands, but is taken back down by Guida. Pettis attempts another triangle, but can't quite seem to get it. Guida now in half guard.

Pettis trying to get his hips level, but Guida making ti hard to stand. Pettis stands, but still hasn't created sapce. Uppercut, left hook for Pettis as he separates plus a head kick glances. 360 spinning back kick for Pettis misses. Leg kick now for Pettis. Guida again times the cross of Pettis and takes him to the mat. Pettis triangle hunting, but Guida works through it. Pettis attempts an arm bar at the close of the round, but nothing doing.

Pettis is able to stand, but the two are clinched against the fence. In a scramble with 90 seconds left, Pettis takes his back from mount. Guida shakes a hook free and roles Pettis over now. Now Guida has Pettis back with one hook in. Guida closes the round with both hooks.

Herman inside the clinch dirty boxing drives a right hand hard into the jaw of Credeur as he pulls his head down. As Credeur crumbles to the mat, Herman follows up with a barrage of punches to finish the job. Referee Herb Dean has seen enough and stops the fight.

The second fight of the main card and airing on Spike TV at The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale is Kyle Kingsbury vs. Fabio Maldonado. This is a light heavyweight bout, meaning 205lbs. Right hand from Maldonado clips Kingsbury, but Kingsbury nails Maldonado with a hard knee. In over pursuing a takedown, Kingsbury almost gets caught in guillotine, but they both stand in a scramble. Left hook twice now for Maldonado. Left and right hook combo from Maldonado finds the mark. Both fighters are trading punches, but Maldonado gets takedown down by Kingsbury off of an outside trip. Maldonado stands landing body shots, but Kingsbury buries a knee into Maldonado's face.

Kingsbury goes for a trip off of a stuffed shot and falls to the ground, but Maldonado lets him back up. Again, Moldanado is taken down, but uses a guillotine to grip and hip tilt to sweep. They both stand. Both fighters resume their similar attacks, but neither able to do much.

Kingsbury reaches for a single, but Maldonado defends and now they're clinching. Another hard left hook from Maldonado and now he's on top on the ground. The referee restarts the action due to inactivity. Kingsbury tries to turn the corner on a double, but can't get it.

The two fighters jockey for position along the fence with Stephens attempting a takedown, but he eventually lets it go. Hard knees now from Stephens. Left straight to the body from Stephens. Left uppercut from Stephens and again presses Downes into the cage. Another hard left uppercut, right hand combo from Stephens. Downes fires an elbow. Left hook from Stephens.

He lets it go and Stephens drills him with two hard elbows. Downes, inexplicably, back to his feet. Downes coming forward with strikes, but eats a hard body kick from Stephens. Uppercut and right hand from Stephens. Right straight from Downes. Stephens turns the corner on a double and takes Downes to the mat, where he quickly passes to side control. Downes eats a hard knee trying to stand.

ROUND 3 - Right straight, left hook, right hook combo from Stephens lands flush. Now Downes is bleeding badly over or next to his left eye. A la Matt Hughes vs. Frank Trigg 2, Stephens scoops Downes, carries him across the Octagon towards his corner and drives him to the mat. Downes stands but eats a hard right hand and now a takedown against the fence. Downes stands but gives his back standing and Stephens gets an angle, drills Downes with a knee. Timing an elbow, Stephens changes levels and takes Downes to the mat. Downes rotating for an arm bar, but Stephens arm nowhere near the position in needs to be for that to work. He gives it up and eats a crushing elbow from Stephens, who then moves to half guard. Stephens moves himself into mount, now takes his back, locks up a bicep grip but can't get the choke.

ROUND 1 - Both fighters standing orthodox. Grispi runs Roop down, drops for a takedown and gets it. Roop using farside wrist control to move to mount and now opposite side control. Grispi attemping a kimura, but abandons it and now drops down for a knee tap against the cage. Grispi attempts to the take back as Roop stands and ends up in mount as Roop takes evasive maneuvers. Roop continues to roll and now is standing again. And now the separate. Grispi coming in wild, but manages to secure the clinch. Roop and Grispi jockey for position along the cage. Grispi pulls guard and eats an elbow for his effort. Respectable effort on top from Roop to fire off ground and pound. Knee to the body from Roop to end the round.

Roop pulls his inside arm free and charges back down. Roop working hard on top, nothing too huge, but continually firing strikes. Hard elbow from Roop with less than a minute left. Grispi again goes base down, but Roop fires knees to the body. Grispi tries to granby and does.

ROUND 1 - Both fighters standing orthodox. Edwards coming out strong and dives for a takedown. Harvison stops it and the two clinch along the fence. Sacrifice throw (lateral drop) from Edwards puts Harvison on the mat. Harvison escapes and the two resuming striking. Scoop single from Edwards puts Harvison back on the floor again. Harvison stands briefly, but Edwards drops levels and yanks Harvison's legs out from under him. Harvison stands again and eats a knee from a front head lock by Edwards. Edwards eats a knee on a missed takedown, but resumes the approach and gets the takedown. Harvison gets his hips back and stands again, however. Missed head toss from results and Harvison's bangs on him from on top. Edwards attempts a knee bar, but nothing doing. Edwards follows up and gets the takedown again. Harvison goes for an armbar by it was too high on Edwards' elbow. Edwards attempts his own belly-down armbar, but can't get it and Harvison is on top. Harvison jumps guillotine, but can't get it. Edwards reverses as the round ends.

Edwards drops levels again but is easily stuffed this time. Knee from the clinch from Edwards and a spinning back kick. Leaping right hand from Harvison and he stuffs a shot from Edwards in the center of the cage. Both fighters appear to be deeply fatigued now as they clinch against the fence. Hard left hand from Harvison. Spinning heel kick from Edwards misses.

Edwards postures for triangle, but he's getting crushed by Harvison. Harvison sits out of the legs, moves to side control, but Edwards gets the fight to the floor. Double leg scoop by Edwards. Edwards goes for the back, but falls off. He regains control and gets one more takedown.

Excellent middle kick and staggering inside leg kick from Stone, the two clinch against the fence. Jorgensen lands an elbow as they separate, but Stone's right hand fins the mark with authority as he follows up. Body lock takedown from Jorgensen as they meet. Stone's guard is in over drive working hard for triangle, but Jorgensen picks Stone up and slams him. Stone recaptures full guard, but Jorgensen's HARD ground and pound puts Stone out cold. A right hand puts Stone to sleep.

TUF 13 Finale Results: Reuben Duran Chokes Out Francisco Rivera In The Third

The first fight of the night airing on Facebook at The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale is Reuben Duran vs. Francisco Rivera. This is a bantamweight fight. This is a UFC debut for Rivera and the second fight in the UFC for Duran, the first a loss to Takeya Mizugaki. The referee in charge of the action is Herb Dean.

ROUND 1 - Both fighters standing orthodox. Duran shoots in off a lazy jab, but Rivera yanks up an arm-in guillotine. It's tight and Duran is struggling. Finally Duran escapes and is working from full guard. As they scramble to their feet, Rivera tries to sink in a standing guillotine, but loses it defending a takedown. The fighters continue to clinch battle, but not necessarily jockeying for position. Rivera attempts an outside trip, but it goes nowhere. They separate and Duran lands a hard right hand. Duran changes levels and scoop doubles Rivera to the mat. Now Duran jumps guillotine, but Rivera escapes. Rivera dropping big elbows on top as well a big punches while Duran tries for a triangle. Excellent first round.
