Richard Hale wins a split decision over D.J. Linderman (28-29, 29-28, 29-28).
Ronnie Mann defeats Josh Arocho by unanimous decision (30-25, 30-27, 30-27).
Christian M'Pumbu knocks out Tim Carpenter at 2:08 of round one.
Luiz Nogueira defeats Jerod Spoon by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28).

Bellator Fighting Championships' light-heavyweight tournament semifinals will take place at Bellator 42. The card features Tim Carpenter vs. Christian M'Pumbu and Richard Hale vs. D.J. Linderman. A bout between Bellator heavyweight champion Cole Konrad and UFC and Strikeforce veteran Paul Buentello has been pushed to a later date. It was revealed that Buentello was forced to withdraw from the card due to a back injury suffered during training.
