UFC 151: Jones vs. Henderson

UFC 151 Results:

UFC 151: Jones vs. Henderson was slated to take place Sept. 1, 2012 from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones was meant to defend his title against former PRIDE and Strikeforce champion Dan Henderson.

The event was canceled on Thursday, Aug. 23 by UFC president Dana White after it was revealed that Henderson suffered a partial tear in his MCL and would be unable to compete. Although former middleweight contender Chael Sonnen offered to step in to face Jones, the UFC instead opted to cancel the event entirely.
