Forrest Griffin vs Mauricio Rua

UFC 134 results: Mauricio Rua defeats Forrest Griffin via knockout at 1:53 of Round 1.

This is the second meeting between Griffin and Rua. Griffin won the first fight by rear naked choke at UFC 76 in the third round.

After losing his light heavyweight title to Jon Jones, Rua returns to competition in a rematch with 'Ultimate Fighter' Season 1 winner and former champion Forrest Griffin. The pair fought in September of 2007 resulting in Griffin scoring a submission victory over Rua in his UFC debut.
