Shinya Aoki is one of the top fighters in Japanese MMA. The Dream Lightweight champion, Aoki is a master of submissions. A very emotional fighter, Aoki has been involved in a number of controversial incidents, including breaking Mizuto Hirota's arm at Dynamite 2009. He is a former Shooto champion and Pride fighter.
