Anderson "The Spider" Silva is the reigning UFC middleweight champion and one of the most dominant strikers the sport has ever seen. A native of Curitiba, Brazil, Anderson Silva models himself after boxer Roy Jones, Jr. He has trained with Chute Boxe and Team Nogueira and holds the record for the most consecutive wins in the UFC, as well as most UFC title defenses. He has also had success at light-heavyweight, including a dominant win over former UFC champion Forrest Griffin.
