Tyrone Spong is a Dutch kickboxer. After making an impressive run through lighter weight classes, in 2008 Spong made the move to heavyweight and began competing in K-1. A Muay Thai style fighter, Spong is trained by Ernesto Hoost, and is the first It's Showtime 95kg champion. He is a 2010 K-1 Grand Prix Final 8 participant.
