The weigh-ins for the DREAM 17 even taking place at Saitama Super Arena on Saturday morning went off mostly without a hitch last night in Japan. The lone dissenter was King of the Cage veteran Abel Cullum, who weighed in four pounds over the 134 lb. limit.
According to DREAM officials, a welterweight matchup between Kazushi Sakuraba (26-15-1) and Yan Cabral (9-0) has been added to the card of DREAM 17: World Bantamweight GP.
Eight matchups for the DREAM world bantamweight grand prix have been officially announced. The GP will be will take place at DREAM 17 on September 24 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
Dream 17 added two bouts to its expanding card on September 24th. Dream lightweight champion Shinya Aoki will face "Razor" Rob McCullough, while Satoru Kitaoka will meet Willamy "Chiquerim" Friere.
