An All-American Division I wreslter out of the University of Missouri (where he was also captain of the wrestling team), Michael Chandler trains with Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas, Nevada alongside the UFC's Tyson Griffin and Gray Maynard.

Undefeated thus far in his professional career, he joins the ranks of Bellator for their fourth season on MTV 2 after twice competing for Strikeforce where he'll compete in their lightweight tournament.
