Mann holds notable wins over Doug Evans, Tetsuya Yamada and Shigeki Osawa. He has notable losses to Hatsu Hioki and Robbie Olivier.

He recently signed with Bellator Fighting Championships, but will not compete as part of their season 4 featherweight tournament.
