Mike "The Hulk" Easton is the Ultimate Warrior Challenge (UWC) bantamweight champion. He hails from Washington, D.C. and trains with world champion jiu-jitsu black belt Lloyd Irvin as part of Team Lloyd Irvin in Camp Springs, Maryland.

Easton is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt under Irvin and trains alongside UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz as well as Brandon "The Truth" Vera.

Easton's UWC bantamweight title defense at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia against former World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) bantamweight champion Chase Beebe is considered to be one of the most controversial decisions in MMA history. The fight was the main event at UWC 7 in October of 2009.
