Rain is still possibly going late on Saturday into Saturday night, there will be snow north of Phoenix in the mountains. If rain was going to delay or cancel any events it would be on Saturday afternoon in my professional opinion but I think the precipitation holds off until Saturday night and then clears out Sunday late morning and afternoon.
