Dover International Speedway Weather Forecast: Rain Will Fall Sunday

EDITORS NOTE: I am moving this weekend from Rochester NY to Twin Falls ID. Most of my time will be away from a computer driving. I will try to update when I find time.

SUNDAY:
Showers and some thunderstorms. Not optimistic that we get this race. It is more likely we will try on Monday. High Temperature: 76

MONDAY:
Clouds and sunshine, chance of showers or storms but I think there are more chances for dry time. High Temperature: 75

As expected, the Nationwide Series race went on but with a few interruptions. Today, I'm not as optimistic that the same fate awaits the Sprint Cup race. This morning, radar looks fairly clear but a warm front is trying to lift north this morning and this afternoon. As the day wears on, I expect to see more showers and some storms begin to develop. If the storms and showers are slow to develop, the race could get started – then we are racing to halfway. I will be on the road as the race is taking place. If and when I have time, I will try and send tweets as updates.

We're racing

Current radar shows nothing for miles around and most of the activity is in the northeast.

I'm a proud fan of the Minnesota Twins and Dallas Cowboys!
