NASCAR Nationwide Series champion Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will run in his first-ever Daytona 500 next month.
Stenhouse, who made one Sprint Cup Series start last season in the Wood Brothers' No. 21 car, will drive Roush Fenway Racing's No. 6 car at Daytona.
The car still has owner points from when David Ragan drove it last season. Ragan is no longer with the team.
Stenhouse's plans for the rest of 2012 – including whether he will drive full-time in the Nationwide Series – are still unknown.
