The relationship between Hendrick Motorsports and Phoenix Racing driver Kurt Busch seems to have come full circle.
Busch, who once derided Hendrick's drivers as "pretty boys," will now be sponsored by HendrickCars.com in the 2012 Daytona 500.
HendrickCars.com is the web site for team owner Rick Hendrick's car dealerships, and the move sort of makes sense given Phoenix Racing is a Hendrick affiliate. But curiously, the site will also be a major associate sponsor on Elliott Sadler's Daytona 500 entry – which is fielded by Richard Childress Racing.
It seems like only a matter of time before every Chevrolet in the field has a Hendrick connection, doesn't it?

Just Good Business
I have to imagine Kurt will be in the media spotlight this weekend with people wanting to talk about last year’s blow up, leaving Penske, getting new ride… I am guessing in those same interviews Kurt will be wearing something Hendrickcars.com ? Seems shrewd to me.
