NASCAR Pocono Raceway 2012 Weekend Weather Forecast And Schedule

It wouldn't be a NASCAR weekend at Pocono Raceway without a little threat of rain. The good news it the threat is just "little."

A series of systems will move across the region over the next three days. Although most of the time will be dry with a mix of sun and clouds, pop-up showers and storms are possible each afternoon.

The best chance for rain appears to be this afternoon, but even then, the showers and storms are hit-or-miss. For the weekend, the threat of rain looks to be less and less, but not out of the question.

Overall the weekend is dry, but the sky will need to be monitored each afternoon for any development.
