Don't be surprised to see NASCAR inspectors giving David Ragan's Martinsville car a much closer look in October – but for a good reason.
Ragan will run a Where's Waldo? paint scheme on his No. 34 Front Row Motorsports car, a tribute to the character's 25th anniversary. And if that doesn't make you feel old, squinting to find Waldo's image on the car probably will.
You can be sure that everyone who walks by Ragan's car in the garage that weekend will stop to see if they can find a drawing of the little man who thinks dressing like a candy cane is cool.
There have been some epic paint schemes this season – Kurt Busch's Talladega Nights tribute and T.J. Bell's Eastbound and Down car come to mind – but the Where's Waldo? car now has to be in the conversation.
Lionel NASCAR Collectables was nice enough to pass along this photo of the car (which will be made into a diecast, naturally) so you can get a preview. It's pretty sweet (you can click the image below to zoom in).
