A NASCAR tripleheader of sorts highlights this weekend's racing activities at Watkins Glen International, the road course in upstate New York.
NASCAR is scheduled to have its Sprint Cup Series and Nationwide Series cars on track for races at the Glen, as well as the NASCAR-owned Grand-Am cars.
Some interesting notes:
• Sprint Cup Series qualifying is on Saturday, not Friday.
• Saturday's Nationwide Series race is only 20 miles shorter (eight laps) than the Cup race.
