Carl Edwards is on the pole for Sunday's race at one of NASCAR's fastest tracks.

Defending champion Dale Earnhardt Jr., Sprint Cup points leader Jimmie Johnson, and pole winner Carl Edwards chase the checkered flag Sunday at the Quicken Loans 400, raced at Michigan International Speedway. Television coverage of Sunday's race begins with "Countdown to Green" at noon ET on TNT. Official race coverage begins at 1 p.m., with the green flag scheduled to drop at 1:16 p.m.

Plenty of alternative options are available for those who want to follow Sunday's race but cannot watch live on television. SiriusXM Channel 90 offers a radio broadcast of the race, and Motor Racing Network will provide a streaming radio broadcast. NASCAR also offers its RaceView service, with real-time driver statistics, 3-D virtual rendering of the race, customizable leaderboard, and other features.

Edwards, who enters Sunday's race second in the Sprint Cup standings, won the pole in Friday's qualifying. He will be joined in the first row by Kurt Busch, with Kasey Kahne and Paul Menard behind them in the second row. Last year's winner, Dale Earnhardt Jr., starts 12th, while points leader Johnson is in 17th position.
