NASCAR Nationwide Series at New Hampshire Motor Speedway lineup: Kyle Busch sets track qualifying record


Kyle Busch's weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is off to a great start.

Kyle Busch earned the pole for CNBC Prime's "The Profit" 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday by setting a new track record for fastest qualifying time.

Busch finished his qualifying lap in 28.873 seconds while reaching a top speed of 131.916 mph. He finished ahead of teammate Brian Vickers, who will start aside Busch on the front row on Saturday. Busch earned his 30th career pole on the Nationwide circuit, tying Mark Martin for the most in the history of the series.

Kasey Kahne heads up the second row, along with NASCAR Nationwide Series points leader Regan Smith.
