The Charlotte Bobcats might be for real, they might just be doing their due diligence, or they might just be trolling. In any event, here's the news everyone's been waiting for.
Harrison Barnes works out for #Bobcats Thursday.

Harrison Barnes, who went back to college last season to 'work on his brand' only to see his brand diminish significantly, could actually be a consideration for the Charlotte Bobcats with the No. 2 overall pick. For months, Charlotte's presumed choice was between the athleticism of Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, the relative polish and safety of Thomas Robinson and the seven feet of unfulfilled potential that is Andre Drummond, but they could be flying in the face of conventional wisdom.
Whether it's because the Bobcats are banking on a Tar Heel putting butts in seats or they actually think Barnes is the second best player in the draft, word is that they are seriously considering him at No. 2. Maybe they know something about him that everyone else doesn't.
