In the days leading up to Thursday's NBA Draft, there have been a lot of trade rumors involving top five picks. Most of the names thrown out have been the usual suspects, but, it wouldn't be a NBA draft without a surprise or two. This year, that surprise may come from the Cleveland Cavaliers, who according to reports are considering Syracuse's Dion Waiters with the No. 4 pick.

The Cavs have been frequently mentioned as a possible trade partner with the Charlotte Bobcats. Cleveland was rumored to be interested in moving up to No. 2 in order to select Bradley Beal. If the Cavs were to take Waiters at No. 4, it would come as a surprise as most analysts and mock drafts have Waiters going somewhere from the No. 7 pick to the early teens.
