The Cleveland Cavaliers are beating the Miami Heat 49-46 at halftime in AmericanAirlines Arena, and, well, we certainly didn't see this coming. Not after the last game between these teams, and not after the way they've both played since. Miami seemed empowered by clubbing LeBron James' old team and fanbase in public, winning their next six games, and the Cavs fell apart, losing their next six.
We'll see if Cleveland can hang on, but continuing to shoot 50 percent from the floor wouldn't hurt. LeBron James and Chris Bosh lead all scorers with 13 and 12 respectively, while Mo Williams leads the Cavs with 11. Cleveland is movin the ball well, with 12 assists to four turnovers, and Williams and Daniel Gibson have four assists each, tops on the night so far.
Heat guard Anthony Parker is the only player in foul trouble, with three at the break. Dwyane Wade has had an off-ish night, scoring only seven points on eight shots and three free throws.
