Heat Vs. Mavericks, NBA Christmas Day 2011 Score Update: Miami Rolling, Leads, 62-41, At Halftime

The Dallas Mavericks' 2011 NBA Championship defense is not off to a good start. The Miami Heat have been all over Dallas in the second game of a Christmas Day quintuple-header, and they lead, 62-41, at halftime. Dallas trailed by as many as 26 points in the second quarter and was only relatively competitive at the very end of the second.

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have led the way with 18 and 14 points, respectively. Miami has been getting out in transition and scoring easy baskets. This one from early in the second quarter was just one of the many fast-break points Miami scored.

Dirk Nowitzki leads Dallas with 13 points, but is just 2-9 from the field.
