VIDEO: Derrick Rose Hits Game-Winning Shot, Luol Deng Blocks Kobe Bryant To Seal It

Despite a late 10-point Los Angeles Lakers lead, the Chicago Bulls came back to within one point with less than 20 seconds to go before the reigning MVP, Derrick Rose, got a shot to win the game, and he came up big in the clutch for his team. Here's how the end of the game went down:

In the third game of the NBA's season-opening Christmas Day showcase, the Bulls and Lakers gave our most exciting finish of the day. Ending with Luol Deng's incredible block on Kobe Bryant, these two teams delivered a Hollywood ending fit for the locale in which the game was played. Though Rose struggled early, the über-competitive point guard showed that Kobe isn't the only player on the court who deserves a reputation for clutch play.

The Lakers, though, proved that, despite missing Lamar Odom and lacking Andrew Bynum due to suspension, they're still a dangerous team. The Bulls had the best record in the NBA last year, and the Lakers' length held them to less than 90 points.
