Courtney Lee has been the subject of NBA trade rumors all week, with the Houston Rockets guard being tied to the Chicago Bulls, among other teams. Yahoo!'s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the Rockets are holding out for a big man in any Lee trade, however, putting the likelihood the former Magic and Nets player will be dealt by the NBA trade deadline at 3 PM Eastern on Wednesday.
Lee is primarily known as a defensive and three-point shooting specialist, but has fallen rather low of Rick Adelman's totem pole in Houston, playing behind Kevin Martin and Chase Budinger. He was a starter on the Orlando Magic's 2009 NBA Finals team, but his shooting fell off in the playoffs that season. He was soon traded to the New Jersey Nets for Vince Carter, and was then forced to suffer through one of the worst seasons in modern NBA history.
The Bulls would reportedly have to send rookie center Omer Asik to the Rockets to get Lee. Other teams could be interested as well.
