The Boston Celtics are a quarter of the way to sweeping their four-game season series with the Miami Heat, holding a 22-21 lead after the first quarter of play. Kevin Garnett has 11 of Boston's 22 points, making all four field goals he has attempted (including a three-pointer) and both of his free throw attempts.

The Celtics are shooting 50.0 percent from the field, making eight of 16 shots. Paul Pierce has seven points for the second most on the team, while Ray Allen has a three-point shot for his only points of the game.

LeBron James, meanwhile, leads the Heat with seven points on 75 percent shooting. Dwyane Wade has six points so far, about half of what he has averaged in his previous three games against the Celtics.
