After the Atlanta Hawks won Game 1 of their series against the Orlando Magic, the Atlanta fan's primary concern was Josh Smith's lack of presence in the series opener, not to mention his nagging elbow injury. So far tonight he's put those worries to rest, scoring seven points and even dishing a couple of assists so far.
The Magic have adapted to Atlanta's Dwight Howard strategy by trying to run more of their offense through their backcourt, but those shots aren't falling Howard has just four points on two attempts from the floor, and he's still only two points shy of Jameer Nelson's team high.
Orlando has hit just six field goals thus far, sustaining themselves on a healthy rebounding advantage. Thanks to Howard and Brandon Bass, they've doubled up the Hawks on the glass, 14 to seven.
