The 2011 NBA Draft order has been set after Tuesday's lottery resulted in giving the Cleveland Cavaliers the No. 1 pick in the June draft. The NBA Draft Lottery, held in the league's Secaucus, N.J., offices, not only determined the top three picks in the draft, but settled some related matters in the second.
