If you weren't already sort of rooting for the Cleveland Cavaliers to win the 2011 NBA Draft Lottery and give themselves a chance to add a new marquee name after ... something happened to their old one. Anyway, upon seeing owner Dan Gilbert's son Nick, you sort of started rooting for the Cavs. Didn't you?

You may not know Nick suffers from Neurofibromatosis, a monstrous nerve disorder that's already cost him the sight in one of his eyes and forced him to undergo brain surgery and chemotherapy. His father calls him his hero, as did ESPN's Heather Cox while introducing each team's lottery representative.
When asked about why he was picked to rep the Cavs, Gilbert replied, "What's not to like?"
Also, he's definitely way more fun to hang around with than David Kahn, as you can see above.
