In the wake of the Mavericks' Game 6 win that clinched the 2011 NBA Finals on Sunday, comedian Daniel Tosh predicted that Mavericks guard DeShawn Stevenson would be arrested while celebrating his first NBA title, and even set an over/under on how soon it would happen. (He waited until Monday to do so.)

It is, of course, deeply cynical to predict that someone will break the law, or be arrested. But Tosh's cynicism was, lamentably, right: Stevenson was arrested for public intoxication late Tuesday night in Irving, Texas.
Stevenson's mugshot, from CBS 11 Dallas/Fort Worth's Giles Hudson, shows the pierced neck tattoo of Abe Lincoln that makes Stevenson a target for predictions like Tosh's.
But Stevenson himself would probably have agreed with his prospects of getting arrested, even if he might have bristled at the idea that someone he doesn't know was putting an over/under on it. He did cite his decision-making when it comes to tattoos as a reason he wouldn't trust himself to be on Facebook.
