On Thursday, Kevin Durant took some time off from playing in every basketball game on earth (and winning the NBA lockout) to go sightseeing in his hometown. And yes, he took photos. And yes, the prospect of a 6'10, 140-pound NBA superstar biking around the National Mall looks just as hilarious as it sounds.
This was another good snapshot.
But my favorite part came later, when somebody on Twitter called him out for wearing that goofy-looking helmet, and it led to maybe the most Kevin Durant explanation of all time, when he explained, "Gotta b safe, being too cool will get u n trouble."
They don't call him Saint Kevin for nothing...
