The NBA's two highest scoring teams will face off on Friday night when the Miami Heat visit the Denver Nuggets. Three of Miami's last four games have gone to overtime, including their two consecutive losses heading into Denver.
The Heat, averaging 106.4 points per outing, have had the benefit of playing three overtime games in their last four in that respect, though they probably would have liked to finish a little bit better. Mami has lost its last two games, both after regulation, and LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh have come under fire from the media once again. The trio went 1-for-10 during their loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
The Nuggets are coming off a 123-115 win over the New Jersey Nets on Wednesday, marking the fifth time this season they have scored at least 110 points. Denver has gone 7-4 so far this season, finding points from a host of different players. Six players players are averaging at least 10 points per game, led by 17.2 from Danilo Gallinari.
