LeBron James scored a game-high 35 points, but the Denver Nuggets got the last laugh in a 117-104 win over the Miami Heat on Friday night. In addition to the loss on the court, Dwyane Wade went down with an injured right ankle in the fourth quarter, though it's unclear how severe the sprain is at this point.

Denver matched Miami blow-for-blow throughout, taking a nine-point lead into the second quarter and outscoring the Heat in both the third and fourth quarters. Ty Lawson was one assist away from a double-double, leading the Nuggets with 24 points and nine assists in the win. Nene added 17 points and a game-high 12 rebounds, with Al Harrington and Rudy Fernandez each scoring 15 points off the bench.

James didn't get a ton of help from his peers, with Chris Bosh scoring 17 points, Wade adding 12 before his injury and Udonis Haslem adding another 12 off the bench. Haslem grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds to notch a double-double for the Heat. Mario Chalmers was also in double-figures with 10 points.
