Rockets Vs. Lakers: Kobe Bryant Looks To Escape Shooting Funk

Stay connected with SB Nation

Kobe Bryant has had a little trouble shooting the ball, but will it hurt the Lakers against the Rockets.

What's wrong with Kobe Bryant? That question will be on the minds and in the hearts of those watching the Rockets vs. Lakers matchup on the NBA schedule for Tuesday night.

Bryant had a bit of trouble in the Lakers' home-and-home series with Denver this weekend, averaging a paltry 16.5 points on a more-concerning 26 percent from the field. On the road, he shot 6 of 28, finished with 16 points and had six turnovers -- a stat-line that actually still would have been good enough to beat the Celtics in Game 7 and win an NBA championship.

To catch up on the Rockets, The Dream Shake explains, "Okay, so at this rate the Rockets will go 33-33 and win all their home games and lose all their road games. Who do we trade to make this stop?"

This should be a good game to watch, even if you're sad that Marcus Morris got sent to the D-League.
