That Thabeet isn’t 1/10th the player that Hibbert is. It would be one thing if a casual fan mistook him for a star like Duncan or a trendy name like Chandler, but mistaking a solid NBA starter for a crappy benchwarmer/D-Leaguer is just downright mean.

True Story
I was playing NBA 2K12 the other day and just for kicks I looked at Thabeet’s career NBA stats. In one season (forgot which one, 09 maybe?) Thabeet averaged less rebounds then Earl Boykins. That’s all you need to know about Thabeet.
