The Miami Heat appeared well on the way to an easy victory after running up a 22-5 first-quarter lead over the Houston Rockets. The Heat still got that win but needed a come-from-behind 113-110 victory to get past Houston.
Miami found itself trailing in the fourth quarter until a layup by LeBron James put the Heat up 111-110 with 18 seconds remaining. James was stellar all evening, finishing with 38 points, 10 rebounds and six assists.
In the loss, Chandler Parsons was excellent for Houston. He had a career-high 25 points.
Miami will be in Los Angeles to play the Clippers on Wednesday, while Houston will host New Orleans on the same night.
