NBA schedule 2012: Heat-Clippers showdown among marquee meetings Wednesday

The meeting between Miami and Los Angeles in the Staples Center caps off a 10-game Wednesday night in the NBA.

A marquee showdown between the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers highlights a loaded slate of night games in the NBA on Wednesday.

With both the Clippers and Heat off to quick starts, LeBron James and Miami will look to undo Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and the Clippers at Staples Center at 10:30 p.m. ET.

The Oklahoma City Thunder will look to defend their early season 4-1 home record when they welcome the 5-1 Memphis Grizzlies, which have compiled an early 2-1 record when away from their home court.

Both the Washington Wizards and Detroit Pistons will look to grab their first victories of the year Wednesday night as well.
