The Spurs will be without their Big Three against the defending-champion Heat on Thursday.

Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili will not play for the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday night against the Miami Heat, according to Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News. In addition to the veteran trio, Danny Green will also be held out of action.

Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich hinted at the possibility of such a decision before the team's 110-89 win over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday, citing that the players are "getting tired." Sure enough, four of the Spurs' top five scorers won't even be in the arena against the defending champions.

Popovich will have just nine players at his disposal against the Heat (10-3). Kawhi Leonard and Stephen Jackson were already out with injuries, rounding out the list of six players who will be out of action on Thursday.

The Heat and Spurs are slated to tip off at 8 p.m. ET. The game will be televised on TNT.
