NBA schedule 2012: Mavericks visit undefeated Knicks

The New York Knicks have opened the season with three straight wins.

The New York Knicks will try to win their fourth game in a row to open the season when they host the Dallas Mavericks on Friday.

Dallas has won three in a row to improve to 4-1 on the season and is led in scoring by O.J. Mayo, who is averaging 21.6 points per game.

The Knicks have won their first three games by an average margin of 19.3 points per game and are allowing a league-best 85.3 points per game.
