Jonas Valanciunas left the Raptors' Friday game against the Magic with an injury and will not return after being diagnosed with a fractured finger.

Toronto Raptors rookie Jonas Valanciunas left Friday's game against the Orlando Magic with a right hand injury and will not return. The official Twitter account of the Raptors media relations Tweeted that x-rays revealed a fractured metacarpal on the ring finger of his right hand and officially declared him as out for the game.

Valanciunas went down with the injury in the first half and might have had his finger stepped on in a scramble for the loose ball after he fell down. Magic power forward Andrew Nicholson may have been the player to step on Valanciunas' finger.

It's unclear if Valanciunas will miss time outside of this game.

Valanciunas played four minutes of action in the game and did not attempt a shot. He had one rebound in his limited time. He's averaged 5.4 rebounds per game in his rookie season, with 8.1 points and 1.19 blocks per game on top of that. He's played an average of 23.0 minutes per game.
